Normal Face...

I took a mental health day yesterday, actually to finish a grad application which is due 1/15. What I noticed was my face: yesterday, I liked healthy and happy. Today I noticed I look pale and irritated again. That is my normal teacher face. That bad. Bad news.

It's no wonder: today, students had the opportunity to test out of my class. Did they try hard for two hours to test out? Mainly not.

They cannot handle reading complex passages; they cannot handle academic knowledge. I am not a special ed teacher, so why do I feel I am teaching special ed?

One student wanted to change her class so that she could have second lunch with her friends.

Maybe I should look for another job. Yeah.
